Ingredients
2 cups 2 Hot Brewed Coffee
2 tsps 2 Almond Butter or Cashew Butter
2 pcs 2 Medjool Date , pitted (or more to taste)
Directions
- In a blender, combine the coffee, cashew butter, and date. Blend until smooth. If you'd want something sweeter, taste it and add another date.
- This combination can be poured directly into your cup and served immediately if you use a high-speed blender. If you use a regular blender, you might wish to strain out any stray pieces of date that the blender might have missed by passing the liquid through a fine mesh sieve.
