Ingredients
1 pc 1 Onion
300 ml 300 Water
2 cloves 2 Garlic
1 pc 1 Apple
100 grams 100 Potatoes
200 grams 200 Cauliflower Florets
1 tsp 1 Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp 1 Chili Powder
1 tsp 1 Ginger, ground
1 tsp 1 Turmeric
100 grams 100 Green Beans
1 tsp 1 Tomato Puree
20 grams 20 Sultanas
1/4 tsp 1/4 Salt
Directions
- Onions, garlic, celery, apples, potatoes, carrots, and cauliflower are peeled, chopped, and divided into florets.
- For five minutes, stir-fry apple, celery, onion, and garlic in hot oil in a big pan.
- Stir-fry the mixture gently for another minute after adding the chili, ginger, and turmeric.
- Potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, and green beans should also be added, along with 300 cc of water. Add salt and sultanas, then stir in tomato puree.
- Bring to a boil, lower the heat, cover, and simmer for 35–40 minutes.Until you're ready to serve, savor the aroma!
