Get ready to spice up your weeknights with this comforting and flavorful Indian Vegetable Curry!

Ingredients

  • 1 pc 1 Onion

  • 300 ml 300 Water

  • 2 cloves 2 Garlic

  • 1 pc 1 Apple

  • 100 grams 100 Potatoes

  • 200 grams 200 Cauliflower Florets

  • 1 tsp 1 Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 tsp 1 Chili Powder

  • 1 tsp 1 Ginger, ground

  • 1 tsp 1 Turmeric

  • 100 grams 100 Green Beans

  • 1 tsp 1 Tomato Puree

  • 20 grams 20 Sultanas

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 Salt

Directions

  • Onions, garlic, celery, apples, potatoes, carrots, and cauliflower are peeled, chopped, and divided into florets.
  • For five minutes, stir-fry apple, celery, onion, and garlic in hot oil in a big pan.
  •  Stir-fry the mixture gently for another minute after adding the chili, ginger, and turmeric.
  • Potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, and green beans should also be added, along with 300 cc of water. Add salt and sultanas, then stir in tomato puree.
  • Bring to a boil, lower the heat, cover, and simmer for 35–40 minutes.Until you're ready to serve, savor the aroma!
