- Immunity boost
- ¾ Cup of freshly sliced or frozen peaches
- ¼ Cup of fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 Tsp of honey
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ Cup of almond milk (can also use water or milk of choice)
- Build in a blender on ice (if using frozen fruit, you may wish to omit the ice).
- Blend until smooth. Add water or milk to reach desired consistency.
*Serving Suggestion: Top with chopped pecans and a drizzle of honey.
