Ingredients
1 pc 1 Banana - frozen and peeled
1 cup 1 Strawberries - frozen
1/4 cup 1/4 Vegan milk, more as needed
Toppings of choice! (Kiwi, Bananas, Blueberries and Chopped nuts )
Directions
- In your blender, add the strawberries and banana. Allow it to rest in the blender for two to three minutes so that it can slightly soften. Set the blender's speed to low and wait for it to gradually chop up the fruit.
- Add the milk , a packet of myfocus and blend until smooth, increasing the speed gradually from low to medium. As required, use a tamper or scrape down the sidewalls.
