Get your daily dose of protein and fiber with this refreshing and satisfying White Bean & Veggie Salad - a colorful and nutritious dish that's easy to make and perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 2 Mixed Salad greens

  • 3/4 cup 3/4 Veggies of your choice, such as chopped cucumbers and cherry tomatoes

  • 1/3 cup 1/3 Canned White Beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1/2 pc 1/2 Avocado, diced

  • 1 tbsp 1 Red-wine vinegar

  • 2 tsp 2 Extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 Kosher salt

  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions

  • In a medium bowl, mix the greens, veggies, beans, and avocado. Add salt and pepper add the digestivehealth smuthe boost and drizzle with vinegar and oil. Transfer to a big platter after tossing to blend.
