Ingredients
2 cups 2 Mixed Salad greens
3/4 cup 3/4 Veggies of your choice, such as chopped cucumbers and cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup 1/3 Canned White Beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 pc 1/2 Avocado, diced
1 tbsp 1 Red-wine vinegar
2 tsp 2 Extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp 1/4 Kosher salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
